Black History Celebration - Essence of the Labor Movement ~Things your History Teacher Didn't Teach~
Come celebrate Black History with this collaborative community showcase at the Weill Center! Master of Ceremony Rodney Ellison will guide the audience through a variety of performances from members across our community. Expect to be inspired by keynote speaker, the distinguished Judge Derek Mosley, Director at Marquette University Law School – Lubar Center for Public Policy Research & Civic Education. This family-friendly event is free and open to all members of the public.
Presented by Black American Community Outreach (BACO), a community-based organization created to empower, educate, promote, and support the black culture and the Sheboygan community members by creating accessibility to resources, and tools for better economic growth, academic success, employability skills, and volunteerism.
